If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return it to:

Animaux-en-Resine.ch, C/o Diamedia Sàrl – Ruelle de Borjaux 4 – 1807 Blonay, indicating whether you would like an exchange.

Please return the item at your own expense, including the invoice, within 14 days of receiving your order, and in its original packaging.

 

All our sculptures are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, provided they have not been damaged by improper maintenance.

Article 3: Our Prices

All product and service prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT.

Prices and taxes are adjusted for international sales.

 

For deliveries outside Switzerland, an additional shipping fee per item will be applied for international economy postal service.

Deliveries to the European Union may incur customs duties or taxes, which are entirely the responsibility of the buyer or recipient.

Payment for your purchases on our website may be made at the time of order via credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) or bank transfer.

If paying by bank transfer, your order will only be shipped once full payment has been received.

 

For clients wishing to pay via payment slip:

 

The purchase amount is due prior to delivery of the goods.

The client may pay using a payment slip or by bank transfer, clearly referencing the order number.

Our resin sculptures and other materials may include natural variations or distinctive features, which are part of the handcrafted nature of the work.

All dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly.

 

Article 6: Offer Validity

Unless otherwise stated, our product and service offers are valid while stocks last.

 

Article 7: Product and Service Availability

Product availability on our website www.animaux-en-resine.ch is regularly updated.

If, for any reason, a sculpture marked as available cannot be delivered, any payments made will be refunded in full, without further compensation.

 

Article 8: Delivery

Your parcel will be shipped via Swiss Post (for smaller items) or by one of our partner carriers (for large items).

Our prices are calculated ex-warehouse, and we cover a portion of the preparation, packaging, and shipping costs.

 

Article 9: Shipping Fees

• For small items:

  • Shipping fees are indicated during checkout or quoted for orders made via email, phone, or during a showroom visit.

• For large items:

  • Shipping fees are provided by quotation, based on size, weight, and delivery location.
